The English actress Rebecca Mader started her career as a model in New York’s advertising business for big brands like L’Oréal and Colgate, but it didn’t take Hollywood long to see that ‘she’s worth it’ to shine her pearly whites in bigger projects.
The decisive push towards greatness in her film and TV career was undoubtedly her role in ABC’s hit series Lost, where you could see her perform from 2008 until 2010 as Dr. Charlotte Lewis.
Rebecca Mader shines in many features and main roles, such as in Marvel’s blockbuster Iron Man 3, The Devil Wears Prada, 30 Rock, Fringe and many other series and movies.
But the role that – for now – will always be tied to her, is that of The Wicked Witch of the West in ABC’s fairy tale drama Once Upon A Time (OUAT). As the delightfully evil green witch from The Wizard of Oz, Rebecca Mader managed to bedazzle her audience – which she calls ‘Pretties’ – with great acting performances and a solid singing voice, from her debut in 2014 all the way to her final episode in 2018.
Actress Rebecca Mader is coming to FACTS, the Belgian Comic Con, in Flanders Expo, on Saturday the 6th and Sunday the 7th of November, 2021. She will be available for photoshoots, signing sessions and huge Q&A shows on BOTH days of the FACTS weekend.
