G’day, new citizen of the FACTS Nation! By golly, it sure is nice to meet someone from the Below-World. My name is FRANK-E, the newest ticket-bot in town. FACTS’ Cloud District, that is!
Flux The Tinkerer instructed me to guide you to this magical festival in Flanders Expo, held on April 5-6, 2025, and help you through its many pop culture activities, shows, guests, and Geek Market stalls. Oh just thinking about it makes my wings flap like a jolly fenix post-flames.
Let’s gallivant through these web pages to find you some shiny, spit-polished activities to do, and amazing guests to meet. Then we’ll see which ticket types will be most fit to give you the pop culture experience of your dreams. Or does ‘the ticket choose the fan’, perhaps?

What can you expect?
World-Famous Actors
Your favourite international movies, series & voice actors, in real life. Shake their hands, take a picture, get the autograph, ask them questions, watch their shows, cry tears of happiness.

Embark on many adventures in the Board Game Zone and get your game on in retro games, demos, arcade halls, virtual reality, gaming hardware booths and more, in the Gaming Zones.

The price of the ticket is the price on the final payment.
*These are the online prices. If you decide to buy your entry tickets at the entrance, the prices will be higher.
Children under the age of 11 on the day of the festival may enter FACTS without a ticket or registration.
These minors still need to be accompanied by a paying adult, of course.
The accompanying person of a wheelchair patient or blind person can enter for free. Be sure to check the FAQ page for more detailed information in this regard.

What is FACTS?
FACTS stands for Fantasy, Animation, Comics, Toys and Space
and it’s a comic con that provides the best of pop culture in just one weekend.
Movies, series, gaming, comics, board games, cosplay, books, fantasy, sci-fi, anime, k-pop, FACTS has it all!

Navigating to FACTS
Since you humans don’t have a jetpack built in your lower crevice, you are allowed to navigate to the outer rims of the FACTS Forest through various means. Let me give you a few examples!
1. Public transport
Tram 1 will take you from the Ghent Sint-Pieter train station to the entrance of FACTS.
Buses 76, 77 and 78 is also known to take humans to the venue with all limbs intact.
A tram or bus ride is not included in a FACTS entry ticket.
2. By car
You can leave your TIE Fighter, TARDIS, Elytra or My Little Pony wings on the parking facilities of Flanders Expo, which can be accessed directly via Exit 14 of the E40 motorway (Brussels – Ostend).
Parkings B & C will now be working with license plate recognition instead of parking tickets. The price for parking is 10 euro during the FACTS weekend. The parking prices are not the decision of FACTS. These parking lots are owned by the City of Ghent and their earnings are for the city.
These humans can enter FACTS for free.
- Children who have not yet reached the age of 11 on the day of the festival. That means that, for example, if a child has his 11th birthday on November 2nd, they will need a ticket. They of course have to be accompanied by a paying adult. No prior registration or ticket is required. If there’s risk of doubt, bring a proof of age to avoid discussions at the scanning post.
- The accompanying person of a wheelchair patient or blind person. Be sure to check the FAQ page for more detailed information in this regard.

DISCOUNT PERIODS
FACTS rewards early buyers! The earlier you buy your ticket, the lower the price will be. Online prices are always cheaper than at the entrance.
Wave 1: Launch tickets – December 15th

LIMITED SPECIAL TICKETS
The following tickets are limited and can be sold out quickly. So if you want one of these, then don’t hesitate too long!

NO PRINTS NEEDED
Go green with your tickets and have them scanned on your phone by our crew at the entrance.
There is no need to print your tickets.
Just make sure that there are no cracks or other deformations on your screen that could complicate the scanning process.
