Oh boy, are you new here? You are? Awesome! Welcome to FACTS, where heroes gather, and all fans matter! I am T.I.C.K.E.T. That’s short for ‘Trusty Information Companion, Keeping Earth Tidy’. I am here to help you escape reality and dive into the wonderful universe of FACTS, Your Belgian Comic Con!

Below, I will give you a good overview of practical info, of which tickets you can buy, and of what the FACTS festival will offer on April 6-7, 2024. Just thinking about it makes my vents spin harder than a space ship in a black hole. Haha, you should see those suckers go!

Mosselen om Half Twee combitickets!
On Saturday, April 6th, Flemish comedians Xander De Rycke & Jelle De Beule will do an exciting live evening session of the Mosselen om Half Twee podcast, in Flanders Expo.
Get your tickets for this late night show via the FACTS ticketing platform, or choose to combine the FACTS fun and this show into one single ticket.
Holders of this combiticket will also receive Fast Pass benefits:
– 1h early entry to FACTS
– Fast lanes for certain catering points
– Fast lanes for certain non-guest activities
Disclaimer: people who don’t need a ticket for FACTS (children / wheelchair patient chaperones), but who do want to attend this live session, need a ticket for this show.

The Priority Entry ticket got an upgrade and a new name: the Fast Pass ticket.
With this ticket, you get the following benefits:
– Priority entry at 09:00h instead of 10:00h, just like before. Ideal for those who want to start their collectible hunt or activity spree before the big crowd starts coming in.
– NEW: A Fast Lane for certain catering points and certain activities.
Which activities exactly will be specified later, as the event takes shape.
FACTS does NOT ask additional fees for tickets.
The price of the ticket is the price on the final payment.
*These are the online prices. If you decide to buy your entry tickets at the entrance, the prices will be higher.
Children under the age of 11 on the day of the festival may enter FACTS without a ticket or registration.
These minors still need to be accompanied by a paying adult, of course.
The accompanying person of a wheelchair patient or blind person can enter for free. Be sure to check the FAQ page for more detailed information in this regard.

Navigating to FACTS
Since you humans don’t have a jetpack built in your lower crevice, you are allowed to navigate to the outer rims of the FACTS Forest through various means. Let me give you a few examples!
1. Public transport
Tram 1 will take you from the Ghent Sint-Pieter train station to the entrance of FACTS.
Buses 76, 77 and 78 is also known to take humans to the venue with all limbs intact.
A tram or bus ride is not included in a FACTS entry ticket.
2. By car
You can leave your TIE Fighter, TARDIS, Elytra or flying My Little Pony on the parking facilities of Flanders Expo, which can be accessed directly via Exit 14 of the E40 motorway (Brussels – Ostend).
Parkings B & C will now be working with license plate recognition instead of parking tickets. The price for parking is 10 euro during the FACTS weekend. The parking prices are not the decision of FACTS. These parking lots are owned by the City of Ghent and their earnings are for the city.
These humans can enter FACTS for free.
- Children who have not yet reached the age of 11 on the day of the festival. That means that, for example, if a child has his 11th birthday on October 20th, they will need a ticket. They of course have to be accompanied by a paying adult. No prior registration or ticket is required. If there’s risk of doubt, bring a proof of age to avoid discussions at the scanning post.
- The accompanying person of a wheelchair patient or blind person. Be sure to check the FAQ page for more detailed information in this regard.

Good to know
DISCOUNT PERIODS
FACTS rewards early buyers! The earlier you buy your ticket, the lower the price will be. Online prices are always cheaper than at the entrance.
LIMITED SPECIAL TICKETS
The following tickets are limited and can be sold out quickly. So if you want one of these, then don’t hesitate too long! These will also not be available during the FACTS weekend on 6-7 April 2024.

NO PRINTS NEEDED
Part of my protocol dictates that I have to keep Earth tidy, much like my cousin Wall-E, so that is what I’ll do. And you can help me! Go green with your tickets and have them scanned on your phone by our crew at the entrance. There is no need to print your tickets. Just make sure that there are no cracks or other deformations on your screen.
Wait, people carry around wounded droids? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU TAKE THEM TO AN ENGINEER!
