    FAQ

Going to the INKJUNX Tattoo Village for the first time?

Check the questions and answers here to find out how you get there and what you can expect.

What is the INKJUNX Tattoo Village?

The Tattoo Village is a dedicated zone inside FACTS where top tattoo artists and piercers work live during the event. Visitors can watch, get inspired, and even get a tattoo or piercing.

Inside the FACTS convention halls at Flanders Expo, Ghent. Head under the balcony of Hall 1 and keep going. Look for the INKJUNX Tattoo Village area on the floor plan at the event. The entrance is behind the staircase of the 18+ zone.

Yes. Professional artists and piercers will be available for live sessions during the event.

You can contact your favorite artist directly before FACTS to arrange an appointment. Some artists also accept walk-ins during the weekend, but availability is limited and works on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you want a tattoo from a specific artist, contact them directly via their socials, linked via the list on this page. Be sure to mention FACTS to avoid confusion.

Many artists prepare special flash designs inspired by pop culture: anime, manga, Marvel, comics, games, and movies. You can also discuss custom ideas with artists, depending on their schedule.

Prices are set by each artist individually. Small flash tattoos are often quicker and more affordable, while custom pieces vary depending on size and detail. Always ask the price with the artist before starting.

Bring a valid ID. It’s also advised to eat and stay hydrated before your session. At FACTS you will find several food and drink corners throughout the venue, where you can purchase meals, snacks, and refreshments during your visit.

Yes. All artists are licensed professionals who work with hygienic, sterile equipment. The Tattoo Village is set up according to health and safety standards.

Absolutely. Visitors are welcome to walk around, talk to artists, and watch them work. It’s a great way to discover new styles and get inspired.

Getting tattooed or pierced at FACTS is just the beginning. Proper aftercare is essential to ensure your new piece heals well and stays beautiful. Every artist or piercer will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions and the necessary protective wrapping after your session. Follow these guidelines carefully, keep the area clean, and avoid touching or exposing it to direct sunlight during the first healing phase.

If you are planning a tattoo or piercing at the event, it can be helpful to bring loose and comfortable clothing that gives the artist easy access to the area being worked on.
