Who is Fishing Cactus?
This Belgian game developer doesn’t just make games, they “craft smart games with soul”. And it shows in their concepts and products. Case in point: their Typing Chronicles series, which are games that combine Diablo style gameplay and adventure with a typing attack mechanic.
The first entry – Epistory – received positive review such as ‘a pleasant surprise’ and ‘so much more than just a typing game’, fueled by their gorgeous origami style and interesting design choices. In other words: we are really looking forward to playing the sequel of this Belgian game on November 6-7, 2021, in Flanders Expo Ghent!
What can I expect at FACTS
At FACTS, on November 6-7, the Fishing Cactus crew presents their newest Typing Chronicles game Nanotale, an atmospheric typing adventure RPG set in a colorful vibrant world. We follow Rosalind, a novice Archivist, as she journeys out to explore a distant world. On her quest to gather knowledge, she collects samples of mystic natural beauties. Everything is peaceful. War is a thing of the distant past. But we suspect that it won’t be for long!
