Kenny Rubenis was born on October 1st 1984 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Not long after that, he started drawing.

For years, he has worked as the permanent assistant of the artist behind Fokke & Sukke, Jean-Marc Van Tol. Rubenis’s work has been showcased in popular Dutch television shows, such as De Wereld Draait Door and Koefnoen, on the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and in comic book magazines EPPO, MYX and Zone 5300.

Since the 2nd of January 2014, Rubenis has delivered the daily drawing of his Dating for Geeks series to the Dutch edition of Metro. Several albums of the Dating for Geeks comics have already been published.
